Scope of Services
Online Psychiatrists provides medical management, psychotherapy, and telepsychiatry services.
No Doctor-Patient Relationship via Website: Merely visiting this website or sending a message does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship is established only after you have completed an intake form and had your first consultation with one of our providers.
Telehealth: Our services are primarily delivered via telecommunications technology. By using our services, you consent to receive care via video/audio technology and acknowledge the potential risks (e.g., technical interruptions, privacy risks despite our security measures).
Eligibility and Geography
Our providers are licensed to practice medicine in specific states (currently including New York, New Jersey, and Florida). You agree that you will only schedule appointments if you are physically located in a state where your provider is licensed at the time of the visit. We reserve the right to terminate services if you move to a jurisdiction where we are not licensed to practice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site, or be the parent/legal guardian consenting on behalf of a minor.
Appointments, Cancellations, and Payments
- Financial Responsibility: You are responsible for all charges associated with your care. If we are out-of-network with your insurance, you agree to pay the full fee at the time of service.
- Insurance: It is your responsibility to verify your insurance coverage prior to your appointment. We will assist in filing claims where applicable, but you remain liable for any unpaid balance.
- Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than the required notice will be subject to a cancellation fee , which is not covered by insurance.
User Conduct
You agree to use our services respectfully and lawfully. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior toward our staff or providers. We reserve the right to terminate the patient relationship immediately for such behavior.
Privacy and Communications

- Electronic Communications: By providing your email and phone number, you agree to receive administrative messages regarding your appointments.
